I'm trying to get an idea of how many people are looking to do time building in R22's for $150/hr starting in March.

Currently the 22's in Wisconsin. It's possible I may move it to California if I can work a few things out. The time will be dual with an instructor. At this point I'm just looking to see if there is any interest. Thanks for the reply!

I know of a guy that is looking to start a flight school and maintenance shop in SE WA using the R22. He wants me to instruct for him but needs to know how many would be interested and willing before he commits. (He is checking the market and building his business plan as we speak) He is thinking part 61 to start for the training, then maybe adding an FBO, R44, and part 135 ops 3-12months down the road. I'm not sure on the rates but I think he is leaning towards the $240-250/hr dual but don't quote me on that. Could be more could be less.
If you would be interested in training or building time send me a PM. Thanks
