Here is a post from a different site:

I'm a woft applicant, and I just got back from the local board about an hour ago, and these are the questions they asked me.

1. Describe a time that you had too much to do and too little time in which to do it. How did you prioritize?

2. Why would you be a good warrant officer?

3. What were your career goals/ambitions after you graduated college?

4. Most satisfying experience during the last couple of years, academic, professional or other.

5. Least satisfying.

6. Most challenging course or subject in school and how I tackled it.

7. A good decision I made in the last year.

8. A not-so-good decision.

9. How I felt about going to Iraq and fighting.

10. Why should we recommend you to fly our million dollar aircraft.

11. Why warrant vs commissioned.(try not to insult the commissioned side of the house since they are the ones interviewing you.)

12. Describe a time when you mediated a problem between two people.

13. Describe a time when you had a problem with a superior and how you handled it.

14. A decision you regret making within the last 4 years.

Thats about all I remember. Basicly be able to tell things about your self and your decisions you've made, plus leadership and organization.

MIne was pretty much a joke. They were non aviator Captains. They basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told them. They signed my stuff and I was done.

Like 5-10 minutes tops.
