AFAST: (SIFT) 80
APFT: 250
EDUCATION: 95 college credits (GPA 3.66), mostly in nursing, biology, emergency medical services, and gen-eds. No college degree. I was my high-school's valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA, but I'm not sure if that far back in my history was pertinent to the board at all.
FLIGHT: no flight hours

OTHER INFO: I have no prior military experience; I'm applying as a civilian. I did not have any waivers. Professionally, I am a phlebotomist, and I also volunteer fairly heavily as a firefighter/EMT for my township.
SELECTED: FQ-S! Since I was a civilian, I was able to learn my fate partway through the published dates of the board. (The civilian board is the first 2 days; the AD board is the last 3 days.) Rumor has it that my board selected 49 civilians out of 50 civilian applicants.

Hey everyone just got picked up on the July AD List and wanted to share my stats to help out the next group of Warrant Officers.

AGE: 30
ASVAB AFQT/GT: 118
AFAST/SIFT: 61
APFT: 281
EDUCATION: AS Health Sciences, 3.75GPA
FLIGHT: 0 HRS flight time
BOARD:N/A
LORS: 1CW4 for the flight interview, 2 O5's my BC and my Previous BC because I am in recruiting and wanted to show a different aspect of me. 1 O3 My Company Commander
OTHER INFO: The real thing to focus on is the Resume, if you think about it that is what they focus on with their common mistakes. The want to make sure that you can follow the simplest of instructions as well as write in an understandable manner. I had 5 different individuals look it over to make sure that what I was writing made sense and didn't have any gaps. Also be aware what you are writing on your military education blocks as they do not want the ATRRS write ups of the classes, more so what you got out of the training.
SELECTED: Selected, Pending cut of orders.
