Spike, you are most likely correct. They say that the most successful CEO's and other head honchos are borderline sociopaths themselves. But I still feel like if you're going to single one man out with an accusation like that, you should provide the proof. I shouldn't have to go dig it up just because I questioned it.

Anyways.... So how about that networking thread, eh? Talk about getting out of hand...

Well, it is official.

FYI. He is NOT military flight certified. How do I know? I testified on his behalf in 02 for charges he was brought up on on his way to Flight Warrant School at Rucker. He had me snowed until we, the Special Forces community, had a reason to dig into his background/record on some of his claims.

He is NOT a SpecialForces Medic. (Proven and can provide proof as I have all of his records)

He is NOT Scuba (military dive school) qualified because he was sent home after only two days for suspected theft of equipment. (Lack of qualification PROVEN. Reason for release from the school PROVEN {we talked to the school commandant at that time}. Theft of equipment not proven.)

This is what I wrote up about him right after my Katrina gig with him. It is from personal experience.

18E = Special Forces Communication Sergeant (I currently am one {again} and stationed at Bragg.

18D = Special Forces Medical Sergeant

Christian (Chris) Gadbois.
Says he was a 18D from way back and has a couple of businesses in the Emergency responder and helicopter arenas.

Likes to respond to disasters and takes complete and absolute advantage of his customers and the personnel he hires for 1099 (contractors).

Hired a couple of 18Es (I was one of them) for some post Katrina disaster work running communications for him and one of his contracts.

Bottom line..
Hired (sub-contracted) me to run commo for him and he claimed it was "His" company doing the work.

Billed almost double what I was charging and reflected that cost as "my" cost. (in other words.. he represented the billable rate as mine)

Attempted to change our agreed upon rates almost daily to a lower amount to increase his margin to the tune of 1k (ish) a day.

Spun up about 5 guys to do the work and burned them badly when he then "didn’t need them". (A couple of them were former 18Es (fire fighters out of Seattle who were coordinating personal leave time to accommodate)

Borrowed a Kern County Sheriff’s Dept. commo trailer to “help with the cause” and then turned around and billed for it daily without the knowledge of Kern County. Additionally he tried to charge a delivery rate of close to a dollar a mile to bring it to LA. from CA. (unsure of the mileage quote. It was relayed to me by a contractor)

Secured rooms on a billeting ship for “his guys” and then used them to take care of potential clients in the area. (we didn’t want the rooms because it would take rooms away from local families that didn’t have homes. He did it anyway and put them in our names.)

Secured rooms for “his guys” at the Omni in New Orleans under the auspice of FEMA disaster relief when he was actually a private contractor. Then turned around and submitted the costs of these rooms as income for the guys he hired AFTER the Omni found out about him and made him liable for the costs. (he submitted the difference of the rooms as income on the W-2s he had to submit without the knowledge of the guys.) I didn’t use one period and it added about 3-5k to my total tax liability). He used the rooms for entertaining clients while the “guys” were in 16ft trailers for 2 months.

Submitted travel costs to the client and then turned around included it as income for the guys flying. (double dipping)

He was the 3rd sub-contractor on the job and then turned around and burned the next two subs above him and started billing directly to the “Prime”. The two subs lost about 70k total due to him. One of them backed out of the deal due to him cutting everyone’s margins. The guy that backed out was the guy that pulled him in.

He then was fired from everything he was involved with and left the accountability to the subs he pulled in. We had to account for and to a unch of pissed off client/customers.

He had a picture posted at the Incident Command location in Lafayette, LA and New Orleans and the guards were instructed to escort him out if he was seen at the facility.

Tried to claim 50 Motorola radios as his own that were donated to my company by Motorola for emergency rescue operations. In fact, he then billed one of his customers for 20 of them without my knowledge. Tried to claim them because they were used in "emergency rescue operations". He tried to go around me and talked straight to the Motrola Rep to claim the radios. (No I'm not kidding about the reason. The Motorola rep laughed in his face...via phone)

To ice the cake.. I just received a notice from the IRS concerning a difference of income posted by him to the tune of about 60k. I can probably clear it up after the fact but I am now liable for about an additional 21k in taxes that I will have to pay regardless..He never sent me a W2..

Total burned in the deal? 2ea 18Es, 3 ea PJs, 2 unknowns and an unknown number of Katrina victims.

He will used us for his own gain because "That's how we roll in Cali.." (If I hear that again I will puke.)

I left out a ton of silly stuff that could be considered bad blood between us.. I figure the facts would represent it enough.

I still have a check for 20,000.00 that I cant cash.

To top it all off I actually testified for this f*ck-nut in 02 when he was brought up on charges for some military related stuff. starting with impersonating an officer.....

You have been informed.

I don't get it. What did he do to you guys? ya all seem out to destroy.

I am military and not a helicopter guy. I am just a special forces commo guy. He personally burned me real bad (I still havent recovered from the tax issues he triggered) and burned a bunch of buddies of mine.

Additionally, none of his military claims are true. period.

I cant speak for his personal EMT/Helo certs but I would definately check into any certs he claimed and taught. The liability has to be enormous for any departments he trained.

In my personal opinion he is indeed a sociopath. I have personally seen him operate and can cite examples of the criteria listed in the post above.

I just hate that his wife and kids are going to be impacted by his behavior. I toasted at his wedding.

I wish you all well,

Mike "No Hair"

Don’t feel sad for poor old Christian, its business as unusual, he’s your everyday run of the mill sociopath. Many, like myself, know him for what he is. His record from the business side goes back many years.

#1) Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. They have a "glow" about them that attracts people who typically seek guidance or direction.

#2) Sociopaths are more spontaneous and intense than other people. They tend to do bizarre, sometimes erratic things that most regular people wouldn't do. They are unbound by normal social contracts. Their behavior often seems irrational or extremely risky.

#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others. This is why you will find many very "successful" sociopaths in high levels of government, in any nation.

#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.

#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent, but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them. Their high IQs often makes them dangerous.

#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don't actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running "stream of consciousness" monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets.

#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it!

Except for the part about being charming and a couple other things, that describes...oh, never mind. LOL

I've known this guy since he got expelled from his first paramedic school in the late 1980's. I've only known him as a liar, and I agree with an earlier post in this thread that it comes down to SAFETY. Please go to the California EMSA registry (at http://www.centralregistry.ca.gov ) where you can verify it yourself. His license (#P07698) was revoked for lying to the EMSA. We report, you decide.

Funny.... lying about his military service again. Whoodathunkit. Same thing that landed him in county jail in Fresno CA. The judge didnt take to kindly to his huge stack of fake documents. Neither did Army CID or the JFK Special Warfare Center..... yet, agencies are still to lazy to vet their training providers for something that a simple google search would reveal. Banned from ALEA, terminated from CALFire for a felony conviction and yet, in July of last year he was hired to train firemen in Nor Cal on helo ops. But when you meet him in person, he has no problem telling you he's a former Army SF medic and a former Army pilot.

Well, he's got a new con going...

https://www.facebook.com/pg/Chris4SaugusUnion/

Some have said he's a convicted felon.... but were his shenanigans in Fresno felonious perjury? Or just misdemeanor perjury??

California Elections Code - § 20 says felonious perjury is a disqualifier for public office.
