The other questions that may come up are also questions on additional costs that may not have been factored in like unscheduled maintenance costs, insurance, will this be a new airframe or used. If used, what TT is on the airframe and any times on parts etc. If the costs have all been factored into your equation, this may make a great deal for some people, however, sometimes the total costs end up being more substantial than first imagined.
