Do you like flying alone?

I've never flown alone. 1400 hours and there has ALWAYS been someone in the other seat. Way back when, during my two "solos" it was some other student that knew the same nothing as I did, but he was there.

I've flown with students (and to be honest, rated pilots) who made it harder by being there, than it would have been alone... that's no fun.

On the bright side, I'm GREAT at being part of a crew.

I very rarely get to fly alone unless it's a flight to the maintenance shop or when I get to drop the owner off at home and make a short hop back to the hangar. I really enjoy those, I crank the music up and ENJOY it for the short 10 minutes but it sure is relaxing. :)

1400 hours and never alone, damn!!

Take $300 bucks, find a Robbie, (or even a Schweizer) and see how awesome it is to fly alone!

It would probably be cheaper to rent a 206. But even then, I've not flown one of those for seven years.

I'll be doing some fixed wing training soon; I'll get some solo/alone time then.

I love company.

I also love 'alone'.

I must be very, very lucky.
