A_Pike
Prefer Flying alone. Play my favorite music without complaint from anyone else, no conversational distractions.

CharyouTree
I've never flown alone. 1400 hours and there has ALWAYS been someone in the other seat. Way back when, during my two "solos" it was some other student that knew the same nothing as I did, but he was there. I've flown with students (and to be honest, rated pilots) who made it harder by being there, than it would have been alone... that's no fun. On the bright side, I'm GREAT at being part of a crew. eagle5
1400 hours and never alone, damn!! Take $300 bucks, find a Robbie, (or even a Schweizer) and see how awesome it is to fly alone!
rotornut67
I very rarely get to fly alone unless it's a flight to the maintenance shop or when I get to drop the owner off at home and make a short hop back to the hangar. I really enjoy those, I crank the music up and ENJOY it for the short 10 minutes but it sure is relaxing.
r22butters
Flying an R-22 alone is one of the greatest joys of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be doing some fixed wing training soon; I'll get some solo/alone time then.
Francis Meyrick
I love company. I also love 'alone'. I must be very, very lucky. Over the Waves, Alone
