cowgoesmoo
I have done everything but battalion board. Local battalion can't board me because they say all "special missions" are suspended, which includes WOFT. I know this was the case for september 2014, but what happens for Nov 2014 board? The packet due date is Sept 19th and I can't even be boarded at battalion level.... anyone have any insight?
01CelicaGTS
The due date is probably not actually Sept 19th. That's the due date for AD packets. IIRC civilians don't follow that schedule. As far as getting them to schedule your BN board, I'm not sure. They might be waiting for the new fiscal year (October). If you have your Bn board in October you will still be on the November selection board.

There was supposed to be a civilain WOFT board in September but there were no available seats left for FY14. Directly from USAREC, next board is November 2014. Local battalion can definitely board you. I just had mine one month ago with the anticipation of being on the September board. AFAIK the cutoff date for civilians is 10 days prior to the board. Not sure if its 10 business or calendar days but I would air on the side of caution and say 10 business days. Post up your stats in the November thread.
