My particular needs include identifying the fixed and variable costs (including the individual items under each category) for flying to an oil rig. It would really helpful if someone could pass me a reference. I've been on Conklin & de Decker, but i've only able to view the variable cost, and it does not go into further detail as to the expenses within the variable cost itself.
