Velocity173
I see my one and only U everyday. It's on my car key ring. Darn boost off!😫 Of course my stick buddy weakened it prior to my period...at least that's what I tell myself.
Lindsey
Don't worry I've had enough PLs and U's to cover us both. You just like to live on the edge.

Joe_P148
I received a U / Pink slip for landing in the sod on my solo. My IP didn't care but my flight leader lost his mind. How could I have been so careless to land a helicopter on a 2 degree sloped grass area.
Joepatriot
My first taco came during instruments in the mike. In bound on the VOR Copter 69 into Lowe and switched over from Enterprise VOR to OZR so I could identify Wibin. Identified, crossed, then I descended to the MDA. As soon as I lowered the collective to get down to the MDA I look over at the IP and he's got this big sh*t eating grin on his face. I immediately retuned in Enterprise VOR. 6 degrees off course, f**k. Everything was going so well too. Good times, even better learning experience.
Yamer
Oh the U Train. Â I personally like the Unsat Hopscotch game. As in checking ARTS to see how many U's you've had in the last 5 flights to see if you can afford a U that day or not, and not get a prog ride. Â The bag was fun. It's been fun so far. Besides learning to hover the 67 for three flights, the bag is the hardest thing I've done in all of flight school. Luckily it's almost over... One. More. Week. Yamer
Last week sucked really bad... One flight all week. This week is looking better so far. Â We all stay up north around hooper, ech, or area 9.

walkerman180
Glad I am getting my instrument done before I go in.I hope you don't think that means you automatically get a pass on instruments. I mean I have no experience with this specific question but from experiences elsewhere in the Army I'd bet my lefty you still have to go through instruments. Yamer
Yeah we don't really do table talk at all. My IP hates the table I think.
akscott60
Well, you just need to make sure you have enough time to bump three or four times for a flyable aircraft.

I swear whenever we had a maintenance issue there would be about 10 maintenance guys to show up to help fix it haha
Yamer
That's not even a burn. The cart brigade is on point. They don't mess around. Took a whopping ten minutes for a blade pin reset the other day, from request to done. I was shocked
