I'm 2500+ TT ATP CFI-II and currently work in the GoM. I have the opportunity to fly some on my days off and wondering what a good day rate would be, thanks. Spike Posted April 5, 2015 Report Share Posted April 5, 2015 Approximately 13 years ago, I was paid $300 a day to fly a corporate not-for-hire 407…. Specifically, $300 a day with a 2 day a week minimum regardless of “on duty” flying…. Simply out, I received $600 a week weather we flew, or not…… Today? I’d say it depends on what the op is……… That is, something I like may garner a lesser fee than something I may not like…….
