Do most Army soldiers want aviation?

Recommended Posts

Lol the old "let's post some asinine bullsh** about getting a military discount before actually earning it" ploy. God this ones hungry for attention.

Hey man, that 10% off at Mickey D's is crucial when you order off the dollar menu.

ok i went to the racks room shoes and got a great deal bc they offer military discounts 10% off and on top of that I get 1/2 the second pair so i got some sandles

So I got some shoes nike downshifter 6. but i wont be able to bring them to boot bc we have to wear boots all time im thinking...but these will be good for jogging to train....i'm wondering if i should start running uphill with weights bc i heard the army runs with big sacks etc in boot camp

I'd love to see inside the mind that can make this stuff up, it might be a little scary but it would sure be interesting.

The Military discount still has me laughing, but the "1/2 the second pair", now that's classic. So wouldn't that be sandle (it's sandal by the way)and not sandles since you only got 1/2 the second pair.

......and you're right, everyone in the Army runs with Big Sacks.....truly priceless.

Did they contact your bosses because they were your prior jobs or did you put them down as references? I'm a bit curious as to how that works

They get your bosses info from when you list your past 10 years of employment, so far 3 of my bosses, current and previous ones I still talk to received letters with a form to fill out that was essentially a questionnaire about me and my trustworthiness and so on and so forth. My current boss actually asked if he could just throw it away or if he needed to send it in. I told him to go ahead and fill it out completely and send it in.

Ok that makes sense. Do they start the process once you get selected or once you have your security interview?

Shindig,

Crocs are approved by the Army's PEO Soldier Program and are the preferred and premier footwear for Soldiers (Active and Reserve alike). They are combat proven, durable, and match the regulations outlined in 670-1. You should really invest in a quality pair of Crocs if you want to be the ultimate warfighter of today's modern military. They also give you bonus points at BCT which count towards Distinguished Honor Graduate.

Get the crocs bc sandles won't keep the camel spiders out. A medic on our last deployment knew a guy from the motor pool who had a camle spidier crawl into his sanddle an it bited his toe real bad and needed stitches. He wuz almost medevacked.
