What do you pay per hour

Well, The cost depends upon where you fly, what you fly, how often you fly, and your skills as a student. Currently I am pursuing an aviation degree for my FAA license in CA.
In the USA, expect it to cost around $10,000, although the costs could be as low as $7,000 to $8,000. For a given flight lesson, expect about 1 hour in the air and 1 hour on the ground. An average cost for that is about $180 to $200 for dual instruction, and around $120 to $140 per hour solo.

Im just going to assume those numbers you quoted are for fixed wing. IF they aren't, you found yourself the cheapest cost out there.
