Really need a few questions asked quickly.
Do AOC's have to be under local control or can they be registered elsewhere?
Are there aircraft age restrictions?
I would be extremely greatful if someone could give me a definitive reply or a better source of info.
I've tried for a week to get through to thier goverment agencies with no success.
Even thier Embassy in Berlin could not get ahold of the Department of Aircraft Operations.
In order to obtain your own Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Indonesia, last time I looked, required that you show more than 50% local ownership, in other words, you needed an Indonesian partner with better than a 50% share.
At one point they didn’t like outside single aircraft AOCs, so you needed a minimum of 3 aircraft, two (2) of which must be owned or lease-to-purchase.
Your best option maybe to get under the operational management of another existing AOC.
