Since they selected 100% on the civilian side.Ben,I did an analysis over the last 5 boards prior to them withholding the NS names. It was 100% Civilian and around 72+% Inter Service. StockTrader Posted June 2, 2018 Report Share Posted June 2, 2018 For everyones SA going forward here is what the answer is. If this is his first application, it is not required for him to update the DA Form 61. However, if he has been a previous 2 time FQ-NS and is reapplying then he is required to mark yes and provide a reason for not being selected.
