Some video of a MEDEVAC I flew yesterday.  The guy was in BAD shape.  My crew did I good job keeping him alive during the flight.

Am I correct in saying that the chord length on those blades is about 12" ..?

This ship has the wider blades (212 I think).  I will verify.  It is a bit "quieter" than the other Huey.

That is what helos are for. Fifteen years HEMS, the money wasnt great, but the job was.

Just a pilot (retired, so I have a LOT of time)...
