Kur Posted April 18, 2018 Report Share Posted April 18, 2018 Can anybody tell me how to best obtain the documents my surgeon needs to fill out for MEPS and for the Flight Physical? I like to get a headstart on paperwork although I still need to wait to take a medical until August. My recruiter kept telling me the system is down when I was at the recruiting station and, quite frankly, I like taking charge myself instead of relying on him to supply what I need.
