tactical flight officers

I have my interview for my department's TFO position soon and wanted to ask a quick question. I was told that as part of the interview i will be shown aerial photos from actual incidents that occurred and I will be asked to verbalize what information i would broadcast to responding ground units.

Is there anything that some of you seasoned guys like to broadcast? Something to give me an edge? I would appreciate any and all advise....

thanks much!

Along with all the obvious officer safety issues such as weapons, number of suspects, landmarks to guide units to the target house/suspect, suspect/house desciption....is there anything that some of you seasoned guys like to broadcast? Something to give me an edge? I would appreciate any and all advise....

Make sure there is a good perimeter around the incident. If not, direct units to the proper locations. Verbally paint a picture of the scene for the responding units. Be careful to walk that fine line between getting out pertinent info vs taking all the air time and not allowing officers on the ground to get a word in.
