Worldcrime
I've been using google earth for some flight planning, it's very helpfull if you use the sectional overlays. They can be found at http://broadbandtvnow.com. Just download the file and open it with google earth, click on the icon in the region you would like to view and click on "load map" , after map loads adjust the overlay transparency to mix actual terrain with your chart. EXTREMELY USEFULL. After a flight you can download Garmin or Magellan GPS tracks and import them into google earth and look at your entire flight path in 3 dimensions. Firepilot
If you use Bluesky for automtic flight following you can also download your past flight tracks and get a live flightpath on Google Earth.
