  1. I don't envy you guys. I thought the few hours waiting to hear after the battalion board review sucked.
  2. I got the call less than 24 hours after walking out of the hospital.
  3. That's what I'm saying Thanks Now it's going to seem like an eternity waiting around for July so I can ship out.
  4. She was a good Dr. I don't know what she did but I got a call today and my physical has already been approved by Rucker.
  5. Thanks for all the help. Fort Sill is about 4 hours from me and I wouldn't want to make another trip.
  6. I am doing both parts tomorrow. Thanks for the quick reply Lindsey.
  7. I'm going for my flight physical tomorrow and my recruiter didn't give me any information except where to be and when. I know a lot of you have taken it, is there anything I need to do to prepare for it? I'm not sure what all it entails I'm just wondering if I need to fast tonight or anything. Thanks
  8. Took the SIFT today, got a 62. The Army Aviation section killed me. I only had a couple questions that were similar to the ones asked in the ARCO book. I would suggest finding better studying material for that section.
  9. They still offer it, my wife signed her contract the same day I did. It was offered to her and she took it, once I explained it to her she is going to drop it when she ships to BCT.
  10. If you elect that GI Bill (MGIB Chapter 30) it draws $100 a month for 12 months. When you are ready to use you will be paid about $1600 a month. You can also convert that GI Bill to the Post 9/11 Chapter 33 GI Bill which covers your entire tuition (up to the maximum in-state tuition), gives you a housing allowance and a book stipend. If you chose not to elect the Chapter 30 you are automatically enrolled into the Post 9/11 GI Bill. So if you prefer the Post 9/11 GI Bill you can chose not to elect the Chapter 30 and save the $1200.
  11. I don't blame you my recruiters didn't even think I would have to go even after I showed them the order. It's wasn't until I signed my contract that they finally believed me.
