  1. Try Reynolds Aviation, he's got a lot of Hughes parts, including rotors. http://reynoldsaviation.com/about-us/
  2. You're the crop to my rotation You're the sum of my equation I'm the answer to your question If you follow my suggestion We can turn this ship around We'll go up instead of down Brand New Day - Sting
  3. No one can feel inside How deep the oceans, heartaches hide So stand on me, I'll catch you falling You can stand on me and I'll help you find a way Stand on me, I can see our ship is turning Stand on me, we're sailing on the wind of better days And they accuse you when you're over and out Ulterior motives, that's what it's all about It's just human nature, they try to make you flinch But we're takin' the higher ground inch by inch No one can feel inside How deep the oceans, heartaches hide Emerson, Lake & Palmer...Better Days

  5. How much ENLIST-ing Military for Backdoor Amnesty is going on? I hear conflicting stories.
  6. That money talks, I'll not deny. I heard it once, it said 'Goodbye'. Richard Armour

  8. Winds of Change by Beverly M Miller To ride a painted pony across a wind swept hill Imagination’s our guide, to be called upon at will. Drumming beat of horses feet summon voices from the past "Dare ride out this storm, our challenge may be your last!" Multitudes slap their steeds as thunder rolls ore' the land. Angry souls spit lightning bolts, fierce winds rage from waving hands. Floods of tears from generations, appear as torrential rain. All races sharing like emotion, each tears color is the same. We kick our ponies harder now to gain distance from the strife Hands clench reins with knuckles white, we’re holding on for life. Then as fast as it all started the winds begin to die Swirling clouds above our heads hold sunlight in the sky. Their gentle laughter outlines color in a picturesque rainbow All sights and sounds softly fade, disappearing with the blow. Exhausted ponies slow, it’s time to bid them farewell With knowing winks, They dismount the carousel.
  9. Flight of Youth by Richard Henry Stoddard There are gains for all our losses, There are balms for all our pain: But when youth, the dream, departs, It takes something from our hearts, And it never comes again. We are stronger, and are better, Under manhood's sterner reign: Still we feel that something sweet Followed youth, with flying feet, And will never come again. Something beautiful is vanished, And we sigh for it in vain: We behold it everywhere, On the earth, and in the air, But it never comes again.
  10. Re-posted: HognoseThey've been meting out some harsh sentences, but assclowns keep lighting up aircraft anyway. Just a couple weeks ago, Houston, TX: 2 years in pen, 3 years supervised release: http://www.khou.com/story/news/local...air1/16600573/ August, Fresno, CA: 1 year 9 months, 3 years of supervised release: http://www.fbi.gov/sacramento/press-...ffs-helicopter March, Fresno CA: 14 years (!) in Fed Pen. (He had a long record and was a known gang member). http://www.fbi.gov/sacramento/press-...ears-in-prison http://www.usatoday.com/story/travel...-alpa/6330661/ May, CA: The 14-year cat's GF also got slammed: http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/...opters-n104636 March, Burbank CA. (What's in the water out there?): 30 months. http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/25/us/cal...aser-sentence/ If you know some assclown who's doing this, the FBI will cheerfully pay a $10k reward for information leading to, etc. Some of these are clueless, narcissistic people, but others are already criminals. Sentences don't seem to alter the behavior of any criminals, except the actual ones who get locked up. And only for as long as they're locked up. "Boredom is no excuse for pointing a laser at an aircraft," as an FBI agent says on one of those pages. It's also a Simple Jack level of reason for going to Club Fed.__________________

  12. As an A&P things are much better...and both doors remains open and the beginining pay is better too. If I were in your shoes, I think I'd go that route. I know several A&Ps who get stick time (some loggable). A fresh CFI that's an A&P has a big edge over just a fresh CFI in competing for a job...IMO.
  13. Instruct...and a pathway to Helicopter. The few certified gyros can be used for some helicopter type functions, but it's rare. Here are a few viable designs (but funding problems) I'd love to have a Hawk 4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCEYfW8DyxQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bw8TIFENPuc and the old18-A http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzL0d3c-zuI There are many really nice gyros that have been certified in every country except the US. Here they are flown as Experimentals. A few examples: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baDtRdXt4X4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AptB9l-ajSA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vc_WyeTqbhM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csmvRhYh3Dc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPjAp-Y08Eo
