  1. So I did my applicant when I was a member of the Army National Guard. My entire process was done as though I was a civilian applicant. I did a board appearance with the recruiting battalion command team. My packet had all the requirements of a full blown street-to-seat applicant. I had to revisit MEPS for an initial-entry physical, as well as ship from MEPS as though I was headed to IET. I did things as close as possible to what an in-service applicant would do. Used military forms for my resume, got LORs from my company and battalion commander, etc... But in reality I was being treated like a civilian. Sounds like this guy is in the same boat.
  2. No, I'm in ALSE. Three of us in that class are headed to Bravo. If you know a guy named Hill, tell him I say hi.
  3. You have to be coming from the LUH course to even have a chance at FW.
  4. Internet access and *internet access* are two different things, ya know?
  5. Candidates, generally speaking, do not have internet access until a few days before graduation.
  6. It's needs of the Army, as it has always been. LUH classes are the only ones getting FW slots. LTs and WOs draw from two entirely different pools that are managed separately. Not sure about duty stations, but I believe Bragg, Bliss, and Korea are on the menu. Talk to your SMO about your preference for an LUH class. I don't know who it is now for CC hold, but I'm sure it won't be a problem. It looks like a 50/50 split between 67s and 72s at Cairns now, so you should be fine.
  7. Whenever I hear someone say that a suit will last a lifetime I always think of this picture.
  8. Well like I said, I have three damn dogs. Maybe this would be a good way to cut down on pet expenses.
  9. First time headed there. Married with a 7 year old and three dogs. I'm about five weeks into the 60M course now, and slated to finish in early June. If anyone has any advice I'd be happy to hear it.
