  1. I heard there are training requirements following the C-12 course in Rucker. Does anyone know what they are and how long they are?
  2. I think there was a selection today, anyone have the details yet?
  3. Can you give us a rundown of what your grades and APFT looked like to get a #5 selection? What course grades are included in that final OML?
  4. Get it taken care of as soon as possible. It will likely be a problem for your clearance as it stands, but if you're working on it and making payments, you will be seen as taking responsibility. If you have any cash on hand right now, make an offer to the agency, even just $500. They might take it and consider the debt paid. Collections are sharks and only see green. Don't tell them you're working on joining the Army. Don't tell them anything at all. Just make the offer and hope they bite.
  5. Selected from active duty with a 258. I had a lot of 1059s that showed honor graduate and commandant's list and NCOERs that showed a relentless improvement from mediocre NCO to awesome in 6-ish years. I think that carried a lot of weight. I got a moral wavier for underage drinking 10 years ago, before I joined the Army if anyone has any questions.
  6. This is cute, s/he thinks a week is a long time to wait without information. The Army will soon teach you how to be very patient.
  7. No way. I got picked up from the active side with a 258. Also, the board does not let people know why they were not selected! You get a yes or a no, that's it.
  8. It's so much better to be on the other side of the board. Good luck to everyone!
  9. If I tried really hard, would I be able to avoid getting an apartment until after WOCS? I'm going to Rucker as a Geo-Bachelor because my wife is in Nursing School here in Fayetteville. Any other advice about what to do as a Geo-Bachelor on Rucker?
  10. Can we go back to arguing about whether the Accepted, Inc. study guide is a helpful resources in spite of its typos? Edit: http://imgur.com/GP4YRQK
  11. No love for the C12s or 47s ever again?
  12. This is part of the Phase 1 DL Course... I guess I got a head start.
