  1. Selection yesterday, (8 OCT 19), consisted of: 5x AH-64E 5x CH-47F 6x C-12 31x UH-60 (a few A/L's in there) Not sure what the split was between WO and LT, but a great spread nonetheless.
  2. Subbed. Really hoping I'll have the opportunity to nab a fixed wing slot when I go to primary later this year. Would love to know more about it.
  3. Study guides helped me quite a bit. If I'm being honest, I only studied for about 10 hours total and it was the day before the test. Bad idea, I know... but I scored a 63 and I was also selected on the November board and I'm swearing in tomorrow so I guess it worked out alright. I had quite a bit of aviation knowledge going in, albeit zero flight time. I'd say that would be a major thing to focus on if you don't have much. As for the hidden figures, spatial perception, and the other visual tests, practice using a study guide and being consistent. I found the math to be quite difficult, and I s
  4. I don't have the number saved, but if you get in touch with AeroMedical down at Rucker they will expedite your Flight Physical. I got mine back literally the next day because I called them and asked them to expedite.
  5. Congrats, Duck! I was rooting for you man! Selected November 18 Board: Age: 25 GT: 120 SIFT: 63 APFT: 260 LoRs: O8(ret), O7(ret, former IP at Rucker, CEO of Army Aviation Heritage Foundation), CW5(ret, 180A, former commandant of SF Warrant Officer Institute), O5(ret, Delta Commander) School: 32 Credit Hours, poor GPA Military: None Flight: None Physical: Stamped and Qualified
  6. I was selected on my second look without updating my packet. There wasn't really much I could do besides improving my PT score.
  7. I'm fortunate to have a pretty awesome history of service in the Army in my family. My dad was in SF with a CWO, who retired at CW5 and as the commandant of the Special Forces Warrant Officer Institute. I have met him several times, and he agreed to interview me for a recommendation letter. He did not go easy on me lol. I was lucky and didn't have to try too hard to get in touch with a Senior Warrant.
  8. I greatly appreciate it! Best of luck to you. Hope you get it as well!
  9. Selected! I was FQ/NS for the September board. I couldn't be happier! Congrats to the rest who got it! Age: 25 GT: 120 SIFT: 63 APFT: 260 LoRs: O8(ret), O7(ret, former IP at Rucker, CEO of Army Aviation Heritage Foundation), CW5(ret, 180A, former commandant of SF Warrant Officer Institute), O5(ret, Delta Commander) School: 32 Credit Hours, poor GPA Military: None Flight: None Physical: Stamped and Qualified
  10. I mean... It will HAVE to come out tomorrow at some point... I think now that I'm 100% certain I'm going to get a yes/no tomorrow, I am 10 times more nervous lol. Best of luck, everyone!
  11. That doesn't really seem to make sense.... Selection boards are every 2 months. I can't remember the packet submit deadline for the Nov board, but the selection board has already convened and (my recruiter seems to think) results will be published today. There is no way you're getting on the current selection board if you're submitting your packet tomorrow, because the board will already have selected applicants. Surely, they're getting you squared away for a January board.
  12. Seems like it's going to be a repeat of September's board and we're gonna have to sit here anxiously twiddling our thumbs until Thursday
  13. In September it was the Thursday following the board when the results when up I think. I got a call that morning with the bad news from my recruiter. Maybe a quicker turnaround this time due to less applicants?
