Hello all! I am currently putting together a WOFT packet. I have a few letters of recommendation from people who know me, however I've heard to be competitive I should have a letter from an aviator preferably a CW4. I was wondering how accurate this is. I don't know any aviators but would be willing meet with one for a conversation/interview to see about getting a letter of recommendation. I live in GA, within easy driving distance to Ft Benning, Ft Rucker, Hunter Army Airfield etc. Is there anyone on this form that would be willing to meet with me at your convenience for a possible LOR?

I'm hoping some of you experienced CWOs would do me a favor and take a look at the LoR my CGO just sent me. For a little background, I'm an AF E-6, and a heavys maintainer. This is the first LoR my OIC has written for the Army. Any input would be appreciated. See content below, and thank you in advance. am pleased to highly recommend to the board TSgt Jacob XXXXXX for an Army Warrant Officer slot in the position of Rotary Wing Aviator. TSgt Jacob XXXXXX exemplifies all aspects of what it means to be an Airman! The Air Force Core Values of integrity first, service before self, and excelle

(This is mainly for AD members) Has anyone needed an exception to policy for their physical? My physical has been delayed because of an issue, but it can be approved with the exception. This requires letters of recommendation from chain of command from Company, Battalion, Brigade, and first general officer. I can use (and have) the required LoRs from CO/BN commanders [from warrant packet], but I'm at a loss for what the higher two are supposed to look like. If anyone can provide insight, please respond. If you have gone through the process, please PM.
