Civilian here, working on my WOFT packet for the reserves. I got a meeting with the company commander of a local unit that I'd like to fly for. I'm not sure if it's an interview or an informational meeting, but I'm guessing by how this came about that it might be a little bit of both. Originally, I got in touch with the unit administrator asking what I needed to do in order to be considered for a slot with the unit. She asked me some basic questions and then followed-up later asking for my resume, saying she'd pass it along to the company commander to see if he's interes
I am currently stationed at Fort Jackson and am wondering how to schedule an interview. Is this just a simple matter of finding the nearest CAB and getting a human being on the phone? I would search global, but for example, the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade out of Hunter Army Airfield does not list personnel other than the colonel, and I'm not sure e-mailing the colonel as my first option is a wise choice.

Am I insane in thinking everyone involved in this process has lost there ever loving minds? Does everybody in the military really never have a single bad debt? WTF? I was in college and stupidly signed up with a 'credit counselling' company and they settled it. I thought this sh*t was behind m
