  1. Hello all, We are looking to possibly do some time building in an R44 Raven I, but there has to be enough interest to make it happen. It is for rated pilots who want to build time or just go fly. However, if you need a flight review, work with autos, or something I will be around. The rate will be between $250-270 dry, there is a 25hr minimum. Again not to be used for primary instruction. If you want more details contact me. Recap: The rate will be $ 250-270 an hr without fuel included (dry)25hr minimumNo primary instruction at this price (primary instruction is available at a higher price)Fl
  2. Hello all, I am a CFI in northern Illinois and I have access to a nice 2013 R22. It will be going up for time building in early to mid December. It is for rated pilots who want to build time. However, if you need a flight review, work with autos, or something I will be around (I'm not looking to make a lot on the review just enough to cover expenses like $20 for the review) this is more of a service so that you can build time and get a little bit better value. The rate will be $150 an hr without fuel included (dry), 25hr minimum. Again not to be used for primary instruction. If you want mo
  3. I am offering an opportunity for anyone who needs to build either X-C time or PIC time on a flight from TN to CA in an R22 at a highly reduced rate of $140 an hour plus fuel, at the prices acquired on the trip instead of my usual fuel price at the home base. I am a 12K plus hour CFII and I am dual rated so any flight instruction that is needed, and the right candidate would learn a lot from such a flight, would be added at no charge. You would be responsible for your own transportation (airline), food and lodging. Anyone interested or with questions please either respond to this post or ema

  5. Robinson R44 RII fuel and Instructor included. Build flight hours, obtain PIC endorsements, or just finish your rating. If you need to build Cross-country, night, work on maneuvers this is an excellent, competitive price. We are located in sunny Myrtle Beach, SC. http://mbacademyofaviation.com/helicopter_courses.html Unfortunately we are out of time at the 395$ rate if we are able to offer it again or some similar special I will update.
  6. Persons wanted to pay for a ferry flight from CA to FL. Great PIC and X/C time building opportunity on a Robinson R44 ferry flight from California to Florida (SRQ) within the next couple of days (flexible timing around October 25, 2015) on a two to three day trip with approx. 25hrs actual flight time at $290 p./hr. (Hotel expenses included). You will meet Tim, our company pilot in San Francisco and then pick-up the aircraft to be ferried. Please contact Nick for further details: (941) 355-1525 niclas@heliaf.com
  7. For newer, especially middle-aged or career changing aspirant commercial pilots, there exist many theories on how to get past 200 hours or to 1000 hours, how or why to get turbine time, etc. However, there may be no real methods to do it inexpensively or in short time unless you hit the dream job lotto or something, or just pay up. Many practices, the ins and outs of ferry flights, bird chasing or photography or cherry drying are tossed around on the forums. Meanwhile intrinsically valuable experimental medium lift twin turbine time is potentially available in experimental aircraft approve
