Hello all, I am scheduled to take my 1st class flight physical in Ft Hood on Nov. 4th. I have a question about the vision portion. last week MEPS got me at 20/20 vision both eyes used together. (I don’t own or use any corrective lenses). Now I am fearful that each individual eye is less than 20/20, a couple years ago I was tested at 20/25 each individual eye, and 20/20 overall. That being said, should I go get an eye exam prior to the flight physical and bring any corrective lenses with me to Ft Hood if necessary? Or will I be ok to go without any corrective lenses and see what happens? Thank you to anyone who assists with my question.

Hello everyone. I was selected earlier this year and am set to attend WOCS 11 MAR 2020. I had a quick vision question: My eye sight is 20/30 correctable to 20/15 but my left eye is barely correctable to 20/20 and is 20/40 on bad days. Are wearing glasses a pain while in training? Can we get prescription sunglasses? Is this even really an issue? Thanks in advance!
