Too cool. You gotta love the Chinook.

The Chinook is an awsome helicopter but I think flying is making me lazy! I've got to get back into something with a tail rotor.

Chinook slings a Sea King:

I wonder whom they would've called if the chinook had broken down, too?

.... Well max gross weight of a military chinook is 50K lbs. the aircraft fully equipped without fuel weighs about 26K, so if you drop some equipment and a few thousand pounds of fuel it is possible for a chinook to carry another at low altitudes and low temps. But the Army is very conservative of what it rates its helos at, but I'll bet a Columbia helicopter is rated at higher weights being its a civilian helicopter and civilian companies always find ways to increase the load carrying capabilities of helicopters to the max.
