RkyMtnHI Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 One of Rotors birds was first on site at a crash this morning at Erie airport. Fortunately there was an EMT on board the heli and everyone on board the fixed-wing survived. You can get info here: (ps the plane did not cartwheel!!) http://www.myfoxcolorado.com/myfox/pages/N...mp;pageId=3.2.1 photos of the pilot (Gui) and copilot (Jake Brake) included. aloha, dp (again); one of Rotors helis was first on site a couple of years ago and one of Rotors pilots pulled the downed pilot out of a burning ac! KrisRamJ Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 Bloody hell, that's crazy. Looks like a replica of a British Chipmunk basic trainer. It was just over a year ago (19th July 2007) when Todd pulled the guy out of the burning C-45. Hope this doesn't become an annual event! Well done Gui and Jake! Quote
