DakarNick Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 So, I have never really been interested in the medical field, but I could see flying an EMS helicopter as a possible career path. My reason for asking this is I have heard medical career field employees have done EMS ride alongs, but I am more interested in the flying part. Air Methods is 15 minutes from me at APA and was just curious if they allow any ride-alongs on empty/ferry flights. I frequently see their green (Air Life?) B407 fly from Sky Ridge Hospital to their base and it sparked my interest in asking this question. I could call/stop by Air Methods personally, but I thought if there was a pilot on here that flies for them they could answer it on here. Edit: This would be for interest/fun only, not for dual-time, or anything related to training. Thanks guys! Quote
