Chopperjess Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Hey all Flying can be a lot of things, especially flying helicopters. But we more times than not get the best seat in the house. I was going through a few pictures I had from flying. Some pretty neat pictures and I wanted to share! Enjoy! Most of the pictures are up the coast outside of Torrance. The blue 44 taking off from the roof is from Helistream. My first R44 Raven 2 flight. Was fun! Quote
Tawler Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 that last pick is very nice ...the ocean is so vast Quote
thrilsekr Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 re: cliff.jpg So, you think you can take a pic of my house, and just post it on the cyberpages? Geez, thanks a lot. Now everyone knows how to find me... Quote
JDHelicopterPilot Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Nice house! I see it comes complete with a helipad! The last picture brings back so many memories of my days flying that way into the foggy horizon to an island somewhere out there. That thus far the most fun I've had in my career. Quote
FlyNHighNFast Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Jess, nice pictures. Thanks for sharing. Quote

devonaire Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 So are there any remnants of Marineland out on the Palos Verdes Peninsula? I sorely miss Trixie and Bubbles! Thanks for the shots of the 'ol home town(s) Devon Quote
Chopperjess Posted November 18, 2008 Author Posted November 18, 2008 So are there any remnants of Marineland out on the Palos Verdes Peninsula? I sorely miss Trixie and Bubbles! Thanks for the shots of the 'ol home town(s) Devon Last time I flew out there, there was just a lot of construction being done on it. Tearing it down still and such. I think they rebuilt or are rebuilding something there now. Haven't been out that way for a while however since I've been flying out of John Wayne now. Quote
JDHelicopterPilot Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 It looks like it's being built into Condos and Houses. That is prime realestate. Wonder how that is working out now though. Quote
