helodude
So i recieved a dui 6 years ago before i was a pilot, before everyone tells me i was stupid i already know that i was 19 at the time. Should i report this to an employer. The reason i ask is the pria paperwork for the National driver registry required by part 135 operators says it is limited to the last five years. In addition there isn't anything on my record anymore due to the elapsed time. I would appreciate any help. thanks.
RagMan
If it was over 5 years ago, and it's no longer on your record, I wouldn't worry about it. If they for some reason ask, of course just briefly mention was happened, but not into detail. Just leave it be. If they ask, tell them. If they don't, leave it at that. Have a good day! slick1537
Well if it says in the past 5 years ago and it was 6 years ago I don't think you would be doing anything wrong by withholding that.
