RotorBrett
I have a client (real estate developer) who is having me explore the various logistics of creating a helicopter charter operation (either public or private) in Mexico. I have researched the web with little success in determining a great number of critical matters. If anyone can lead me in the right direction, I need to determine things such as: What are the Mexican Civil Aviation requirements for such operations? Can an N-number aircraft be easily certified in Mexico? Are there requirements for ownership or pilots to be Mexican nationals? What insurance companies would provide aircraft and passenger coverage? Are there cross-overs for FAA rules, guidelines, etc. that the Mexican government recognizes?Etc., etc., etc. Thanks in advance!
