another new guy in the mix

So I've decided I want to fly for a living. I know it's expensive, and I know the job market isn't exactly prime. I do know that I want to have a career in something I enjoy, and my current job isn't cutting it.

I live in Colorado, and Rotors of the Rockies seems like the best school. Can anyone else recommend any others?

Also, looking around this forum, it looks like I have a few things against me.

1. The 70kish sum of money required to get the CFI.

2.Even after getting the CFI, it looks troublesome to get enough hours to be taken seriously....(around 1000 hours)

My question is.....

Is there anywhere in the country, (or the world for that matter) that can provide my training, and also guarantee me a job so that I can build my 1000 hours of flight time working for them?

Does this realistically exist anywhere? Thanks in advance.

No one can realistically guarantee you a job. If they do, they're probably lying. In the Denver area, I'd look at Colorado Heli Ops.

Have you thought about the military?
