Nobody can sustain flying an R22 and selling time for $150, unless you are also getting paid to do other things, like photo flights. I know what it costs for insurance and inspections and interest and fuel and breakdowns and.......it just doesnt work long term under 200, and if you have overhead to pay you best be at 250 or so.
