in the photo (attached) why is there so much bending of blades. i have never seen this before. any answers will be greatly appreciated.

it has nothing to do with the blades but the speed at which the camera took the picture of the turning blades.

ok, i wasn't certain. can rotor blades cone that much, though? at low RPMs? would the camera speed change the apparent plane of tip rotation? even the shadow of the blades look a bit funny.
