Greeny
On the MD500 C what in the cyclic system limits the rear cyclic travel. On the right hand side of the cyclic there is the slotted bar that the fore / aft friction knob tightens onto. Is the bolt of the friction knob, contacting the rear of the slot in this bar meant to be the first point of limit in the system? Or is this bar meant only to be just a bar for the friction to tighten onto and not play an active roll in limiting the rear cyclic travel available? Where else is the rear cyclic travel limited if this bar is removed or the bars position adjusted to a point where it does not limit the rear cyclic travel? If I adjust or remove this bar am I going to be able to cut my own tail off in flight? Thanks.
500E
Why would you ever require more rear cyclic than the manufacturer allows.
Greeny
I don't, I would like exactly what the manufacturer intended But I beleive my rear cyclic is currently set up wrong.
