I'm doing my ATPL course with CAPT www.captonline.com . There's also www.bristol.gs and a few others. I'm not selling any books though. It seems kinda pointless to buy the books on their own anyway, cause you have to log a certain amount of classroom time anyway, so why not pay for a course with one of those companies.
