DynamicallyUnstable
Ok so let's say you have every requirement for the helicopter ATP EXCEPT the instrument time. You have 25 hours hooded helicopter PIC, 25 hours in the SIM, and you still need 25 hours "IN FLIGHT." So you go out with a FW CFII in a C-172 and go fly 25 hours of hooded and/or actual instrument time. The question is, can you log that instrument time as part of your instrument requirement for the ATP?? 61.161 doesn't state specifically that you need to be PIC of the aircraft being flown other than the 25 helicopter PIC which you already have. Falko
yes, you CAN log and count your airplane ifr time towards the atp-h ifr-requirements
