puddlz Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I am conducting a study of helicopters involved in emergency medical services. As I'm sure you are aware, in the past mishap rates for the industry have come under scrutiny from the FAA and NTSB. As part of my research paper I have a short survey of 28 questions designed to gather pilot opinion on aircraft equipment and safety. It is short, taking only 10-15 minutes to complete, and all answers will remain anonymous. I was hoping members of the forum that fly for HEMS could take the survey (helicopter pilots only please). I'm looking to gather data and finishing writing the paper over the next three weeks (March 7th deadline). Again, all answers will remain anonymous and the data will be used in my graduate research paper with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/236722/hems-p...nt-and-avionics Best Regards, Gregory Alan Baker Jr., LTJG, USCGCoast Guard Air Station DetroitGraduate student in Aeronautical ScienceEmbry-Riddle Aeronautical University Quote
puddlz Posted February 15, 2010 Author Posted February 15, 2010 Got a message that the date of birth field was causing error messages. I can't figure out why it's doing this, so I changed the field to open text, so it should work now. Thanks for your patience! Quote
Wally Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 You might post this at PPRuNe.com's Rotorheads forum as well as here, especially if you're interested in an international response. Quote
