Mungo5 Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 I wouldn't say any of them were particularly difficult. Admittedly the terrain can be a little close, like TFFJ, but most approaches over the sea are nothing to worry about provided you're on the glide slope. Quote

apiaguy Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 hmm..hardly reasons to fly helicopters vs fw... all of those look like alot of fun and if anything I'd love to make those approaches in any aircraft. ps.. have you looked at photos of backcountry strips? makes those paved runways look like a glassy 10000 footer.
