135 OP in Price Utah July 29th

Hey all, i have been contacted by someone looking for a 135 operator in Price Utah for July 29th. They need to fly 12 people to and from sites for the day.. looks like they'll need a couple of larger helos.. if you know someone that can handle this please contact me at:

Any ideas on who to contact in that area? Salt Lake?

DP, FBO at KPUC, Price is Redtail Aviation, 435-637-9556. Field Elevation there is 5,957 so you will probably need 3 helos to move 12 pax unless the make 4 loads of 3 each in lesser helos. Also, try Million Air in Provo for info, 801-356-3535.

 

This is going to be expensive because of ferry time both ways!

If it's a one time deal, someone could do it under 91 with one of the 4 or 6 (or whatever) annual freebies. You just have to arrange it with the FSDO. They probably will have no idea what you're talking about, though. Maybe that's too many flights in one day. I never tried it.

Classic helicopters is who I would reccomend. Them and one other company who I wouldnt reccomend are the only heli operators with a 135 and ships big enough.
