Las Vegas area Pilot- Join us for a BBQ and Seminar

There will be a BBQ/Seminar on 11/27 at 1400. The FAASTeam will be hosted by 702 Helicopters at KVGT for a BBQ and Seminar. We will talk about dynamic roll-over and other emergency procedures. To end the afternoon we will have a tour of the Las Vegas Metro PD Aviation Unit. They have a fleet of MD500's, B407's and UH1's.

 

Due to the BBQ and limited seating(40) on-line registration will be needed. I will have the link to that as soon as I can.

Online registration: Some of you will get an e-mail notice or snail mail notice as well. Only need to register one time. I am giving you a first shot at it. Here is the link. The mail and e-mail notices for online registration will go out on the 13th.

Just registered and am looking forward to the event. Since I had to miss heli-success, this at least gives me another chance to still come up and meet some of the pilots from the area. Do you know roughly how long this might last, including the LVPD tour?

Glad to see you are going to be there. I'd say it's going to be about 4 hours. Maybe a little longer.

Just wanted to bump this post to the top and remind everyone this event is happening in 10 days and as of this morning there are only 9 seats left...

A quick reminder. The seminar is at 702 Helicopters at VGT. We will all head over to the LVMPD Hanger later. I am working on getting all of us transportation there. If it doesn't work out then we will all have to drive. Just remember, the seminar/BBQ starts at 702 Helicopters.
