Snowman Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 (edited) So I have this property on the Bay Island of Utila in Honduras, I would like to let everyone know that its for rent. By renting it you will help me keep up with my training cost, this is a Helicopter topic (sorta). Utila is a great place for Scuba and very laid back. Check out the following web sites GoUtila.com (my site) and aboututila.com (about the island). If you rent the property and tell me you are a VR member I will donate 5% of the rental fee to a Helicopter non-for profit group of your choosing. To The Administrator: If this is inappropriate for the forum please let me know and I will remove it. Thanks, Tim Edited November 27, 2010 by Snowman 3 Quote

Snowman Posted November 28, 2010 Author Posted November 28, 2010 (edited) Heliport? Just put it down on the beach, its only 300 ft. down the street. You flying down in the R66? To get to Utila you have a couple of options, you can fly to either Roatan or San Pedro Sula, I have paid as much as $700.00 and as little as $400.00. From Roatan you take a ferry (more like a 4 hour sailboat ride) or fly with Sosa. From San Pedro you can fly with Sosa for about $120.00 or take a bus/taxi (3 hours) to La Ceiba and take a ferry (50 minutes). If you can its best to fly into San Pedro and they fly with Sosa to Utila this is the easiest and quickest. If you happen to be coming from Montreal you can fly Canjet direct to La Ceiba. Here is a great link to the aboututila.com site with info on how to get there: http://aboututila.com/TouristInfo/GettingHere.htm Edited November 28, 2010 by Snowman 1 Quote
