setlab Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 I just finished typing the first draft of my Why I want to become a Warrant Officer paper. What kind of header and signature lines did you guys use when submitting your paper? Right now using Microsoft Word I'm at the 5" mark, I know I should add at least another paragraph when I re-write my letter. I was wondering just how much room I need to leave for the header and signature line so I don't go over one page. Thanks Quote
JMcDonald Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Hand write your essay first. Fit it all onto one page, and then type it. I had to chop the crud out of my typed essay to try and fit it all on one page hand written. Quote
Medic14 Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 What kind of paper do they require the hand written essay to be on? I'm guessing regular college rule, but I would like to be certain before committing myself. Quote
setlab Posted February 18, 2011 Author Posted February 18, 2011 I asked my recruters and all I need is a "Why I want to be a Warrant Officer" on top of my paper. Quote
rmiller Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I don't know if it matters but I was told that the title of the paper is "Why I Want to be an Army Aviator." Might want to check up on that. I looked but I couldn't find anything on the website that said anything about the paper. Quote
SBuzzkill Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 (edited) I just looked at my packet and I just used "Why I want to be an Army Aviator." My paper was 4 paragraphs long. Signature line was just my signature and then my name typed out. Edited March 2, 2011 by SBuzzkill Quote
