I just wanna throw this out there it may have been posted before, sorry if it was but i think it is deserved. Ive been searching alot about things and careers on here and if anyone is brand new like me it can be dissapointing and unmotivational some of the things said about career outlooks. I just want to say that if you have a dream like i do and you have the means to make it a reality never give up, never let someone else hender what is yours....dreams. Work hard, go above and beyond what is tasked of you in all aspects, take charge everyone loves a natural leader! Stay positive about everything you do, and things will happen, just something ive learned along the way. Attitude says alot about you, and a positive one is contagious! Sorry if this seems like im blowing sunshine around but i just want people to be encouraged, and optimistic, especially the younger folks!

Is there a concern with the future of the helicopter industry? I've always felt confident about the outlook, knowing that most high time pilots are reaching retirement age in addition to it becoming more recognized by the FAA. Is there something I'm wrong about or missing out on?

My personal favorite for when I feel like I'll never get up in the air and fly myself:

"All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible."
