R44 Time Building in Virginia

I have an R44 and will be doing a bunch of cross country flights daily all summer

in southern Virginia.

I will sell PIC time for a pilot looking for R44 time building. $195 per hour.

I think this is a fair price. I can also probably provide inexpensive overnight housing
