We are in the process of ordering the pins and are ready to begin accepting Donations. A donation of $10 or more will get you a VR lapel pin and your name in the VR Donor Hall of Fame....which will be a THANK YOU thread in this forum with the names of the donors. 100% of all Donations will be given away as Advanced Helicopter Training Scholarships at the 2011 HeliSuccess Career Development Seminar as we do every year. We here at VerticalReference.com have consistently given away money to help fund training for those in our industry who need it. The next person that donates $100 for their pin towards the scholarship fund, both LYN and i will match that $100!! Sooo, the next $100 is actually $300... Here is the funny thing.....at least to me anyways ....Although I know he wants this scholarship thing to happen, I never even checked with lyn to see if he would match the $$$. A. He cannot deny me.B. Better to ask forgiveness than beg permission.C. I will buy him beer in Vegas and all will be forgiven (hopefully). I have been in a "Give Back" mode for awhile now and this is just another way to help. I am trying to get my schedule together to attend Heli-Success again and be part of the FAASTeam Bonus presentations and run around and help Lyn admin again. Fair warning above!
