Information, education, and guidance on helicopter training techniques to include touchdown vs. power-recovery autorotations, instructional intervention, and evaluation techniques when applying the FAA Practical Test Standards.

Description:

Engage with Randy Rowles, an 18-year designated pilot examiner and Master Helicopter CFI in the "how-to" of helicopter instruction. Randy is an active NVG Chief Instructor having held previous positions as a factory instructor in Bell Helicopter and Sikorsky aircraft with expansive experience in Robinson and other piston aircraft as well. Take advantage of learning from a career instructor on the critical safety components of helicopter flight instruction. This program will be valuable to all helicopter flight instructors, pilots, or those in training toward a helicopter certificate or rating.

 

Special Note - This clinic is being held on the evening prior to the beginning of the NightCon2011 – Two Day Night Vision Conference. It is open to both local pilots as well as NightCon attendees at no charge. Following the clinic, there will be a social hour with FREE DRINK Tickets.

Is this casual attire?

 

I would say more business casual. Khaki pants and polo shirt type dress.
