Flight school - financial plan

Hello,

I'm building a financial plan for a flight school and I would appreciate getting some high level numbers of some of the expected expenses:

1) Does a PAR91 school need an insurance? How much does it cost?

2) What is the average salary of an employed CFI? is he get paid by hours of flight?

3) Does the CFI usually takes care of his own CFI insurance or the school does? Does it overlap the other insurance?

4) What are other expenses go with purchasing a R22 helicopter, like: registration? legal?

 

I would appreciate some advises and some numbers.
